CONNOR VANDERHOLM

Co-Founder | CEO

Connor began his hospitality career in Rooms Operations at a Marriott Conference Center after graduating with his baccalaureate in Business Administration from Brigham Young University-Idaho. He then transitioned to the revenue management discipline with Hilton at the Revenue Management Consolidated Center, specializing in extended stay hotels. He was quickly promoted and managed a dynamic portfolio of both select and full service hotels. Connor later shifted to Marriott’s Revenue Management Advisory Services, managing a high performing portfolio of hotels in the Bay Area. With extensive experience in both industry-leading brand systems, he continued his work on the franchise management side of the industry, working for Aimbridge Hospitality. Connor completed his MBA from Western Governors University and currently resides in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

JON BAKER

Co-Founder | COO

Jon set out to be a leader in the industry from day one. He took an all-encompassing approach to learning the business, serving in positions ranging from overnight auditor to general manager in full service, limited service, and extended stay brands. After departing from day to day operations, Jon moved into a hotel support role focused on Revenue Management with Hilton’s Revenue Management Consolidated Center. During that time he helped collaborate with hotels from Napa Valley all the way to Miami Beach to achieve over $1.5million in positive RevPAR impact. After the RMCC, he managed 6 units with a total of over 2700 rooms in the oil and gas industry for an independent company. Jon is passionate about goal achievement through garnered real world experience, foresight, and management alignment.

In his spare time, Jon enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs. When she allows him to, he likes to work in his shop crafting or working with cars.

ASHLEY LAMANNA

Area Director of Sales

Ashley specializes in hotel sales from large corporate accounts to weddings. She came to the hotel industry from the banking world when her outgoing nature placed her perfectly into the role of Director of Sales at the Residence Inn, Kingston, NY. As a part of the Aimbridge family, she excelled at capturing group business while providing world-class guest service ensuring client loyalty. Ashley went on to work at Interstate Hotels where she acted in an Area Director of Sales role overseeing multiple branded select service properties in Tampa, FL.

When she’s not busy crushing the comp set, Ashley spends her time perfecting her Texas Hold’em strategy so she can turn your hard-earned cash into her new pairs of boots. Take our advice and avoid betting against her!

Revenue Analyst

Gwyneth holds up our entire revenue department as our go-to reporting specialist. With a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Finance from Brigham Young University-Idaho, she keeps us grounded in the numbers. She comes to us after working as an intern for Glenn Haussman at No Vacancy News. Most new college grads take years before they get to interact with industry leaders, not Gwyn. She was brushing shoulders with C-Suite hospitality executives before she had her diploma in hand.

In her spare time (which we try not to let her have) she enjoys skiing, rock climbing, and camping in the mountains of Washington State.
